01Can I see a light before deciding?
Yes. Visit Punjab House to compare lighting in person. If you are coming to see a particular product, call with its name or share your shortlist first so our team can confirm whether it is currently on display.
02What should I bring to the showroom?
A few photographs of your room, its dimensions and ceiling height are a useful starting point. For a dining light, bring the size and shape of your table. An architect’s plan or an existing electrical layout is helpful for a larger project.
03How do I enquire about more than one product?
Use “Add to shortlist” on the products you like. Open your shortlist to review or remove pieces, then share it with our team using the contact options shown. If you continue on WhatsApp, check the message and press Send there. Our team will confirm the options with you.
04Can I buy and pay through this website?
The website currently helps you discover products and send enquiries; it does not take online payments. Our team will confirm the selected model, current price, quantity and order arrangements directly before you decide.
05Do you handle architect and bulk enquiries?
You can send a project enquiry with your room plans, product shortlist, quantities and schedule. Our team will check availability and discuss sourcing for your requirements. Technical lighting design and electrical work should be confirmed by your project professionals.
06What about installation, delivery and warranty?
These details can vary by product and order. Before confirming, ask our team for the supplier’s warranty terms, installation requirements and any delivery arrangements or charges for your exact selection. No standard installation, delivery or warranty promise applies to every product shown here.
07Will the light look exactly like the picture?
Studio and room visualizations help you explore a style and setting. They do not establish exact scale, colour, dimensions or light output. Confirm the product details and, where possible, see the piece switched on in the showroom.
08What if a product is sold out?
You can still enquire about it. Our team can check whether restocking or a suitable alternative is possible. A sold-out listing is not a promise of future availability.
