Confirm the technical brief with your project team
Your architect, electrical consultant or qualified lighting professional should confirm performance, controls, installation and any applicable safety requirements. Ask for supplier documentation for the exact model being considered.
Discuss access for cleaning and maintenance before final selection. Ask whether bulbs, drivers or other parts are replaceable and how replacements would be sourced. Do not infer this from the appearance of the fixture.
Agree on the order details before committing
Ask for written confirmation of model, finish, quantity, pricing, availability and expected supply timing. Confirm which delivery, installation and warranty arrangements apply to your order.
